Consent records
See every choice visitors made, with its time and notice version, and download all records as CSV.
Each time a visitor accepts, rejects or changes their choice, the plugin saves a record. The Consent records tab at Kavin Studios → DPDP Consent shows them.
What the tab shows
At the top are four counts for the last 30 days:
- Choices, last 30 days
- Accepted all
- Rejected all
- Chose some
Below them, Latest records lists the 50 newest choices, with the total number of records in the heading.

| Time | When the choice was made, in your site's time zone. |
| Choice | Accepted all, Rejected all or Chose. |
| Analytics | Allowed or Declined. |
| Advertising | Allowed or Declined. |
| Notice | The notice version the visitor saw. |
| Page | The page where they made the choice. |
| Consent ID | The first part of the visitor's consent ID. |
If there are no records yet, the tab says "No consent records yet".
What is stored
Records hold no name, email or IP address. The IP is stored only as a one-way hash, so repeat choices from one visitor can be matched.
Records are kept in a table in your WordPress database. A visitor keeps the same consent ID when they change their choice under the same notice version, so you can follow one visitor's choices over time.
Download all as CSV
- Open the Consent records tab.
- Click Download all as CSV.
The file is named consent-records- followed by the date. It has these columns:

choice is accept_all, reject_all or custom. language is the banner language the visitor used.
When records change
- A new record is added each time a visitor makes or changes a choice. Older records stay.
- When you click Raise version and ask again on the Banner and notice tab, earlier choices no longer count. New records show the new version.
- WooCommerce marketing choices are not in this table. They are saved on each order and customer account. See WooCommerce.
Before you delete the plugin
Deleting Kavin DPDP Cookie Consent from the Plugins screen removes its settings and the consent records table. Download the CSV first if you need to keep the records.
