You may browse and share this website for any lawful purpose. Do not try to break it, overload it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send spam. Our logo, case studies, photographs and text belong to us or to our clients, and may not be reused without permission.

• Quotes. Every project starts with a written quote setting out the work, the price, the timeline and the number of revisions. The quote and these terms together form our agreement.
• Payment. We usually ask for an advance before work starts and the balance before final files are delivered or a website goes live. Payments are made through Razorpay or bank transfer. Prices are in Indian rupees, and GST is added where it applies.
• Your materials. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us (logos, photos, text, product details) and that it breaks no law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own content, prices and claims.
• Ownership. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final designs and website we made for you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Fonts, stock images, themes and plugins made by others stay under their own licences.
• Delays. Timelines depend on you sending feedback and materials on time. If a project is paused for more than 60 days because we are waiting on you, we may close it and bill for the work done.

• Free plugins are published on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL). You may use, change and share them under that licence.
• Pro plugins are also licensed under the GPL. What you pay for is a licence key, which gives you updates, support and the Pro features for the plan and number of websites you bought, for the period shown at checkout.
• Purchases are handled by Freemius, Inc., which sells our plugins as our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius takes the payment, charges any tax, issues the invoice and handles renewals and refunds. Its own terms also apply to the payment.
• Renewals. Annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Freemius account or by writing to us. If you do not renew, the plugin keeps working but stops receiving updates and support.
• Changes. We may change features, plans and prices. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Our compliance plugins help you meet the law. They do not make your website compliant on their own, and they are not legal advice.

• You remain responsible for your website, for what it collects, and for your own privacy notice, consent and data practices.
• Check the wording. Banner text, sample notices, translations and templates we provide are starting points. Check them against your own business, and have a lawyer or a native speaker review them where it matters.
• Law changes. We follow changes to the DPDP Act and Rules and update the plugins, but we cannot promise that any version meets every future requirement.

Our plugins are provided "as is", as the GPL states. We test them carefully, but we do not promise that they are free of errors or will work with every theme, plugin or host. Take a backup before installing or updating any plugin.

For client work, we fix any error in our own work that you report within 30 days of delivery, free of charge.

• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data, lost sales or harm to reputation.
• We are not liable for problems caused by your hosting, other plugins or themes, changes made by anyone else, or third-party services such as payment gateways, Google or Meta.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

We may refuse or end a licence or project if you break these terms, do not pay, or misuse our work or plugins. You may end a project at any time; our Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out what happens to payments.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show when. Changes do not apply to work or plans already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems are settled that way. If a dispute cannot be settled, the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
