Delivered instantly. As soon as payment goes through, you can download the plugin from the checkout page, and your download link and licence key are emailed to you. If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Free plugins are downloaded directly from WordPress.org.

Delivered as set out in your quote: design files by email or a shared download link, websites by publishing them on your hosting, and photographs through an online gallery. Timelines are given in each quote and start once we have the advance and the materials we need from you.

Where a project includes printing, we arrange it with a print partner and delivery time and charges are stated in the quote.
